Danforth Property was created by 3 friends and long time Toronto residents: Paul, Andy and Raza.
Each one of us brings unique expertise to the care we offer our clients.
Our Mission
As a community focused business, our goal is to provide a valuable service to local property owners and integrate them to their communities. Unlike larger property management companies, we are focused on individual owners and their tenants, and providing value to them.
The Team
Paul Luizos
Paul Luizos brings over a decade of hands-on experience in property management, backed by more than 20 years of legal expertise in real estate, dealing with all aspects of commercial and residential tenancies, landlord-tenant relations, conflict resolution, leasing, and contractor negotiations and management. From 2011 to 2020, Paul successfully managed large residential townhome complexes, overseeing all aspects of operations, including tenant relations, lease agreements, financial management, and large-scale renovations. Under his leadership, the properties’ revenue increased by over 40% in his first 4 years managing the properties, showcasing his ability to enhance profitability and efficiency. His extensive legal background ensures a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, lease enforcement, and dispute resolution, providing property owners with a strategic advantage in maximizing the value and performance of their investment
Raza Siddiqui
Raza Siddiqui is a long-time Toronto resident, entrepreneur, and community leader with a deep understanding of local business and property investment. As the founder of Impact Origin, a growth marketing and design company focused on local service businesses, Raza has a keen ability to enhance visibility, attract clientele, and optimize operations—skills that translate directly into effective property management. His experience as a coach and community organizer – including founding several businesses and communities – highlights his talent for fostering strong relationships and creating vibrant, engaged communities. With a strategic mindset and a passion for the Danforth area, Raza brings invaluable expertise in tenant relations, property marketing, and operational efficiency to Danforth Property.
Andrew Morse
Andrew Morse brings over 25 years of management expertise within the Financial Services industry, specializing in operations management, risk mitigation and process optimization – key skills that translate directly to effective property management. He has extensive experience in financial oversight, contract negotiations and regulatory compliance. Andrew’s ability to streamline operations, manage complex budgets, and implement efficiency-driven solutions ensures that properties under Danforth Property’s care are well-managed, financially sound, and positioned for long-term success. His strategic approach to problem-solving and keen attention to detail help property owners maximize value while minimizing risk. For over 15 years, Andrew has been involved in the Property Management industry through successfully managing his own portfolio of investments.
